Hi Guys,
I'm not getting enough primary air into my V/C catalytic Winter Warmer inset. I would like to know where the primary air enters the firebox so I can check for clog or an obstruction.

Thank You,
Misfit

Hi Be Green,
Thanks so much. I have the manual for the small insert. You directed me to the large insert which gives me the info needed. I will check for an obstruction now that I know where to go. I will probably slide the airwash plate back towards the stove to allow for more air into the firebox. Thank you very much.

Sincerly,
Misfit
