I run an older euro max, that holds three bags of pellets, I’ve been running Vermont wood pellets the last couple of years with no issues whatsoever, high heat, very low ash, very happy with them this year. I thought my stove was acting up. I was getting really bad burns after about a couple hours, and I couldn’t figure it out contacted the manufacturer of the stove. They thought maybe I had a crack, and I didn’t as I was cleaning out the stove to figure it out when I was cleaning out the hopper. I had about 3 inches of sawdust down by the auger and that’s what was being pushed through, making my stove run really really bad, started sifting bags, each bag was given me about an inch to an inch and a half of dust into a big metal bowl. Contact in a company but got no reply but when you put three bags into an hopper, that’s an awful a lot of fines that go down towards the auger first. Anyone else seen this?
