I can get them for the same price and i noticed that people seem to like the cubex, I've never have found a hard wood pellet I like yet!

Got 3 bags of dry creek and I will see how they do, they are big pellets thats for sure, cubex a little smaller?

I'm just spoiled with my Okies! but need another ton and have the extra room. Oink!

dry creek are garbage IMO while cubex is a top of the line pellet. I rank it #2 under oakies. Yes, the cubex lengths are short as well.

geez, I had a ton of dry creeks a couple of years ago, and they were the BEST I've burned to date. low fines, low ash, stove stayed clean for longer. Dealer stopped carrying them...said they were no longer available (?).

Got some okies this year...just started with them, and I will say they are very "clean" in terms of fines and residual dust after loading the stove. hasn't been cold enough to get a real good fire going with them, yet. stove won't run above idle. Glass is still gumming up, though, which may simply be because of the low fire. But I don't recall this issue when I was burning the dry creeks.

I have burned both, and they both did good for me. But in the end. I had to put a ton of Cubex in my stash. Probably the best hardwood I can get my "piggy" hands on. The only hardwood pellet I have ever burnt with less than 0.3% ash content. Very close to some of the best softwoods out there!

I love dry creek. I would burn drycreek over lignetics ( i know you are not comparing those 2 but, just saying)

you also got the cubex for cheaper than you could have gotten the dry creek . seems like a win win situation
