I have a pellet stove that the exhaust pipe extends two feet outside and, unfortunately, the rest of the pipe is gone so I need new pipe to extend up. Since I am two feet from the outside wall of my house I am wondering if I can use uninsulated pipe or have to stay with insulated pipe. The pipe that extends through the outside wall is insulated. Thank you for any comments.

Your manual will tell you what pipe to use
Double-walled pipe is standard

Some stoves don’t require vertical pipe. Check your manual.

If adding pipe I would use insulated. It’s probably called for.
