Pellets keep building up in pan causing unsafe large flame (sort of destroyed my fire brick surround) Am using premium pellets. have adjusted the venting and augur speed. Need help before next season...

Maybe your stove is dirty, when was the last time you took out the firebrick and cleaned out the baffles?,maybe your combustion blower is starting to get weak, also is your exhaust pipe clean?

X2 ^^ What he said. Dirty Stove or you have a "Leak" somewhere. (Door gasket, etc)

By the "pan", do you mean the firepot? If so, then X3 on the above posts.....stove is starving for burn air due to ash clogging......probably needs to be completely taken apart and cleaned.

After that is done, and stove has been re-assembled, a good leaf blower treatment should be done.

On the 2T, to do a thorough cleaning you need to remove the fire brick retainer plates on either side of the fire box, then carefully rotate and remove the fire brick panels.

Once the panels are out, clean the ash channels on eother side.

Now inside the ash channels are a pair of sheet metal screws (top and bottom) remove these and wiggle the baffles out to finish cleaning the exhaust air system.

be sure the feed rates are where they should be. On the number one setting the stove should feed for about 1-2 seconds then the auger should be off for about 7 seconds.

The number 2 setting is on 1-2 sec. then off for 5 seconds
The number 3 setting is 0n 1-2 and off for 3 seconds

Be sure the exhaust fan is clean too.

Once the ash that you can clean from the front is out, you can use a leaf blower (suction side) connected to the exhaust pipe or stack to finish sucking out any loose ash.

Be sure the door gasket seals good and thatn the draft/exhaust fan is running at full speed.
