i have a whitfield profile 30-2 and the stove was working fine this spring, i unplugged it from the wall for the summer months and plugged it back in this week. when i did, the fan(s) started to run and did so continuously until the stove was unplugged. when the thermostat called for heat nothing happened other than the fan(s) continued to run. the control panel lights indicate that it is working but even after stopping the stove with the off button the fan(s) continue to run. it seems as though the control panel isn't operating the stove. the control panel was replaced last fall. help!

Then I would try disconnecting the external thermostat, put the jumper back in and try the stove in manual mode. If nothing else this would eliminate the thermostat as the cause of the problem.
