Anyone around that can give me a suggestion before I turn the oil on for the night?
Mt. Vernon AE, was running fine, got up to see if there was a problem after the auto clean and when I touched the thermostat I got a shock. This has happened before but the this time the screen went blank. In the manual it says give it 25 seconds and touch any button. I have unplugged the stove, taken the cover off the thermostat and checked the wiring in the back of the stove (which was fine), nothing has helped. The back light on the thermostat is blue but nothing appearing on it and stove is not running.
So, do you think the thermostat is toast? Is there any reset button that I am not aware of any other suggestions to get it up and running again?
Thanks for any help
