<div class="bbWrapper">I am having crap luck lately. I look up tonight at the baffle up top and its cracked in half.<img src="/talk/styles/default/xenforo/smileys/rolleyes.gif" class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":rolleyes:" title="Roll Eyes :rolleyes:" data-shortname=":rolleyes:" /><br /> May be operator error seeing how last night I tried fitting a 6&quot; round in a 4&quot; hole. <div class="bbWrapper">I was able to get the plenum built last night, unfortunately it took all of my spare time to build it. I was really regretting making it out of 0.029 304 stainless. My little break at home did not want to bend it with out persuasion. Sunday should be the day I&#039;m able to set it on top of the Tundra and connected to the duct work.</div>

There&#039;s a decent gap where the air just seems to bypass the firebox at the back. If one is placed there on the tundra, I&#039;ll be curious where the temps come in at.</div>

Maybe it&#039;s just what was lying around? Plain old 26-30 ga galvanized works well for me.</div>

A 5 cuft clean burner with a 1900 cfm modulating blower. Not only would you gain the burntimes, but the overall output. The furnace wouldn&#039;t need to work as hard as the Tundra.</div>

Even though I don&#039;t know how long I&#039;m keeping mine (how long it will last), at least I can replace it on my own timeline. The heatpro does sound quite intriguing, but at this point personally I&#039;m going to wait and see if something can prove itself. Otherwise, I&#039;d see if I couldn&#039;t try to talk SBI into giving me a discount on a Caddy or Max Caddy, due to all the hassle you&#039;ve been through. Sounds legit to me.
