We bought this house back in June and it came with a Europa 75, when it runs without problems it heats well but when there is a problem its a pain in the a**. My recent problem is with the auger, It keeps on getting jammed. I pulled it out twice and cleaned the auger tube, auger and feed tube. The auger has no damage and the tubes are clean but when I put it back together the auger continues to jam every 30seconds, minute or whatever to the point that I have to shut it down. The only problem I found is that the nylon bushing has some play in it where the auger shaft will move side to side(the pellets get wedged on the side of auger as they move up the tube?) The metal collar with the nylon bushing in it also slides up and down the shaft (not sure if that is ok or not). Is there anywhere in the North East to get parts for these stoves? Any thoughts on any other possibilities are appreciated. Thanks.

So after searching for parts all last night and early morning with no luck, I turned to good ole craigslist. I found a feed store about an hour and a half from me that had 1 complete Europa 75 for $2000 and 1 Europa 75 that was missing the just the main circuit board for $1000. I figured that was my best option so I went and bought the incomplete stove and got it for $900. Gives me some peace of mind that I have all the spare parts I need except the board. The father of the owner of the feed store used to be a pellet stove dealer and these two were the only ones left, go figure. I also found out my problem was the gear on the motor shaft in the gear box was semi stripped so any time any strain was put on the auger, the motor would just slip gears. Hopefully these two stoves will keep me with heat for years to come.
