Hi,

I bought a used Lopi Pioneer Bay insert from 05 and am installing it in the basement. I did go to start it up and the blower comes on as well as the one fan. It has the older knobs instead of the new updated panel. I put it on manual start as well as auto and I didn't see any pellets drop or ignite. I have a Breckwell p24i insert upstairs and am very familiar with that one, but not this one. I did download the manual, but it is for the new one that shows the ability to manually drop pellets, but I cannot figure it out on this one. Is there no pellet auger button that allows you to manually drop them? Does it take awhile for it to get started after initially turning it on? Just curious as I did let it sit for a bit since I bought it. Any help would be great.

Takes about 10 minutes to start dropping pellets.

Turn the heat setting all the way up until to speed up the process.
