I've hardly got to run my new Enviro at all yet. The woodstove has been more than able to keep up. I've only put about 7 bags through it, and that was more just for fun. I'm itching to see how it does in the bitter cold.....

I've got 12 inches of fresh fluffy white stuff on the ground here and its still
coming.......winter is here.

So much for a non white Christmas, but heck is has been nice not running the snowblower too many times and having it a bit warmer.

December 23rd and the grass is just as green as it was in spring.

Golf courses around here are in immaculate shape!

I am thankful for every day that it is not bitter cold. While I'm OK, there are way too many who are not. Oil sky high, fuel assistance less than half of last year. It is going to be a lot worse than "Jack Frost nipping at your nose" January and February are usually the harshest.

Did the leaf blower thing yesterday, filled the bird feeders and put up the Christmas tree.
Got some snow today. Looks like it will be a white Christmas.

That is way off for my area.

According to my last electric bill, dec has been 8 degrees warmer than last year on average temps.

I'm vot going to complain. Cold will be here soon enough. Low 20s tonight.

Grass is still green here, actually growing a bit. Thinking of getting the mower going…..nah…but the snowblower is ready.

Yep, that confirms it for sure....global warming is real ;-) But what stopped the ice age? Must have been all those cars and coal power plants %-P
