I woke up this morning to the stove cold and an error code of "MISSED IGNITION". I freaked out thinking, "What could be wrong with my stove?". Well after looking in the hopper guess what I found? NO PELLETS.

Why didn't my Dealer tell me about this? I tried to call QuadraFire and they were closed. What do I do to correct this issue? I want my stove to work. I just might be looking into a lawsuit for my heartache.

I'd be looking for a better dealer if I were you. :lol:
 
I want to sure my dealer for trying to talk me out of an OAK which is recommended by the manufacturer.
 
Came home to a cold stove; blinking 2, 3 lights. No fuel. Hey Mr Dealer, you said it was autofeed!
 
Are you kiddin' me! Now, I've had them tell me that they wanted to bring on a lawsuit but not for letting the stove run empty! lmao That may have been one customer who should of been fired before the sale.
