Jammed or the feed moter set screw is loose or the feed motor is bad.

no feed can be alot of things, but usually you'll get a status light flash of some kind........even with Eric's answer, you should still get a status flash.......I would reccommend a thorough cleaning, as well as the liner/stub, clean out the fines container in back, the conbustion blower housing, the left and right tubes, if there is a sensor in the bin, clean it, get all pellets or debris off the lid gasket and out of the hinge points, reseat everything and give it a try. If it still doesnt work, power up each fan independantly, see if any fans have failed, starting with the combustion blower......."no feed" Harmans have alot to check for......

It was the ash - I remember now, I had the same thing happen about 3 years ago.

There is a bend in the flue as it goes up my chimney, and ash accumulates there. Once it gets thick enough, the combustion fan can't generate enough of a vacuum in the combustion area, and the vacuum gauge prevents the feed motor from turning, but it does not give any other indication. no warning lights or anything.

and there is still enough air flow so that the flames look reasonably energetic (no 'lazy flames')
