Recently picked up a Phoenix I #8611 on Craigslist for $400. It had 3 secondary air tubes in it. It's missing the middle and front secondary air tube. Rear tube is still there. Looks like the nuts fell/burnt off and the owner must have thrown the tubes away.

I'd like to fabricate the pipes. New parts are expensive and I have plenty of stainless pipe lying around. Rear and Front are identical part numbers so that's not a problem.

The center/middle tube (part #5600-034B) is the problem since it's missing. I have nothing to use as a pattern. Parts diagram shows that the middle tube is smaller in diameter than the other two, but the diagram isn't much help.

Wondering if someone has a good photo or can give me some measurements/dimensions on the center tube?

You can measure ID the hole for the front tube & then measure the rear tube OD.
I'd make the center tube to the same ratio of fit, ID & OD, & duplicate the hole
pattern from the rear tube...

Thanks. Not a bad idea. Appears the center tube needs a "standoff" of sorts. Firebrick protrudes slightly where the tube would bolt up. Was hoping someone might have a photo of it.

Hey there I know this is an old thread but I just bought the same stove and the same pieces are missing. Did you replace those parts with stainless pipe and did it work out for you? Did you ever get any pictures? Thanks Mike
