Sounds like there may be about 3 cords of standing trees and 2 cords of seasoned. Not a bad deal at all if you are in the Hopkinton area... Too far for me too.
 
Thats 5 miles from me... Id go for it if I didn't have 2 years worth of wood to process across the street already.

Somebody go get it....
