Woo Hoo!
I just received this shirt from Somerset Pellet, after writing a letter of appreciation for their
consistent and above average product. IMHO
This is soo cool, I never anticipated such a reply.
Here is their response to my letter.

1st lettter I've wrote in probably 10yr.
But I have learned from my employer, that when they get written letters from customers, it seems to
be a good encouragement for the company as a whole.
 
Wishful thinking was that I might get a free ton out of it (haha), but I'm still happy with
getting any reply back.
 
What size is that shirt? If its a large I'm nit going to waste my time.....lol

I have the means to haul and store a truck load myself. Could you let me know the cost of a load?
