If one buys out the stock of a Travis dealer at a bankruptcy auction, they could certainly sell it on or off line.
You can find the same type of insulating blanket sold by several different people on Ebay. Maybe not the same brand name or part #, but the same type of insulation.
Kaowool is very common. We've used tons (literally) of it at work over the years. Can be some itchy stuff.
