I have an Enviro EF1 pellet stove and can't seem to get it to sustain a good flame for more than 12 hrs. I have swept the chimney, cleaned the exhaust motor and the interior of the stove but it doesn't seem to be getting a good fuel/air ratio anymore. Last year it worked with no issues, now it doesn't seem to be doing so well. The bucket is filling with ash and the glass is getting the nasty black soot. Any suggestions as to a fix would be great, I live in Northern NH and its a bit chill up here this time of year.

I would check the gasket on the door. Do the dollar bill test. Open the door,insert a bill holding it over the gasket and then close the door. If the bill comes out very easily ,No resistance, the gasket should be replaced. How old is the stove? Does your stove have this pattern of brick in the back? https://encrypted-tbn1.gstatic.com/...sgGtl0xLCDT5aaR9WhrIuRQDPwRU7va9339Df7E1r5RxQ , if so those holes on the lower side s are trap door and they can be opened to do a better cleaning of the air passages. I blow mine out every week. Just a thought.
Do you have an exhaust system that would allow the use of a leaf blower to suck out ash clogged inside the stove?
