what settings do you find work best at giving max heat and lowest usuage?
I like the Room Temp settings because the stove shuts down to idle and starts back up when needed(but it makes its own rules on its feed rate) but i've heard others say constant feed(stove temp)is the way to go..
is there really a big difference?
 
I haven't been able to track my usage too closely since the temp has been going up and down so much outside. But, we have been putting it in Stove Temp mode on L setting, first thing in the morning, putting the heat selector on 3 or so. Feed rate is set at 4. Then, in mid morning or afternoon, I switch it to room temp mode L, at 75 deg or so.
