Finally finished my block off plate and OAK!

I was able to get an OAK kit for my Harman Accentra insert so I installed it along with a block off plate this past week. Needless to say, my measurements weren't too bad with the exception of the holes for the exhaust and intake flex pipe. I used 4" pipe for the intake. Thank goodness for furnace cement to cover my mistakes :)

Looks like it'll work. You may kick yourself for not using the more flexible RTV Silicone,
as the furnace cement will eventually dry out & crack & chip, but that
shouldn't happen for a couple of years down the road...
 
Good point, something I wouldn't have thought of... I even had it with me when I did this, as that's what I used on the 3" pipe actually on the stove. Oh well.
 
Roxul fire proof rock wool insulation can be used on top of the blocking plate to keep the room a little warmer too.

You will be happy you did it! I second the roxul! Stuffed mine solid before installing the bock off plate.
