My dealer said all that will have to be is adjusted is the draft (air) and possibly the fuel feed rate
 
Pellets have a lower mass and ignition temp is lower. So they burn faster and you need to feed the fire more of them and give them a bit more air. Didn't see that you have a pc45. No problem burning straight pellets. Put the feed to about 4 and let it roar, no really it may roar as the stove ramps up the feed to get the room to temp. Put in the pellet tray with the larger holes. Less ash too and pellets go to finer ash than the full bodied corn. No need for the stirrer assembly. But a blend of corn is great and is cheaper in my area anyway.
