Greetings,

We currently have a lp stove with a sensor issue, but unsure of the manufacturer. Any assistance would be greatly appreciate...

There should be some sort of appliance rating tag either on the back of the unit or inside it.
What do you mean by a "sensor issue?"
What sort of symptoms are you experiencing?

Unfortunately, I the metal manufacturer plate is no where to be found.

The issue is with the fan, and under normal operation the fan would kick on when the stove reached a certain temperature to distribute the heat.
Now the fan will not turn off unless unplugged from the wall, I assume there is a sensor that tells the fan when to turn on or off.

Generally, the ON/OFF power to the blower is controlled by a snap (or thermo) disk.
Unplug the unit & trace the wiring & you'll find it. Remove it & take it to a hearth shop
& they'll come up with a suitable replacement.
