Sometimes when my pf-100 is running on the ash door the small flap fluttering like mad. Like several hundred oscillations a minute. The flame flutters as well. Seems more apparent when t-stat calling for the furnace to run at full potential. Quite annoying at times. Anyone know what causes this? I have cleaned the furnace it still does it. thanks

If you don't get an answer - try the boiler room. Good luck and hope you find a solution. Have you discussed with the dealer?

you may also want to check the flapper on the air intake flange, it may have broken a tab or something. it should swing freely when you tap it with your finger.
