Looks like Red to me
But all oak is good to me

Better picture of the leaf? Round lobes indicate White, while sharp edges are Red.

The leaves are definitely white oak.

The stuff on top ain't Oak, my guess is Maple, although the bark and heartwood is more like Hickory.
The two larger pcs near bottom right with no bark attached might be Red Oak.

Oak vs. hickory should be easy to differentiate simply by smell. OP, split a piece, and if it smells like oak boards at the lumber yard or BB store, then you have your answer.

There is a picture of the leaves right on top of the wood. I'm assuming he put that there because it was from the tree. It's clearly an Oak leaf.

Prove it

You must have superman eyes, cause I see no rays on those top pcs.
I stand by my opinion those top pcs are not oak. Would be helpful if the poster posted some views of the split side of the pcs.

I can see the rays in all of those splits. Hopefully OP will post more pics to show you that that is white oak
