Changed the convection "room" turbo blower for the 2nd time last week. Now the combustion blower is starting to make noise. So Monday morning I guess I'll be ordering a new one. This is only our third season. Really getting disappointed with the constant maintenance.

Constant maintenance is the fact of ownership with any biofuel stove or boiler. Live with it or go back to conventional heating.

I understand about the maintenance but replacing the same parts over and over isn't normal IMHO.

sure it is. they are all considered consumable items. Frequency of replacement depends entirely on hours of usage, frequency of cleaning and the atmosphere the interior mechanical parts run in, in other words, ther more hostile the enviroment, the shorter the lifespan. It's hot and dusty inside the cabinet, not an enviroment conducive to long mechanical life.....

Won't matter what you get. You'll be replacing mechanical parts on any make.
