My 4 years of having a GCI60:

I bought the stove on 12/16/2011 for $3816.
The installation cost was $575.

The stove was installed my someone who never saw this type of stove. ( First mistake)
Here some of my wonderful experiences:
- Agitator Motor replace: was leaking oil
- Convection Fan: made a very loud metal noise
- Magnet contact switch (hopper switch) under the fill cover let loose.
- The plastic cover of the control board is letting loose

And now they tell me that I overheat my pellet stove.
The baffle start to bend and they say I don't use the right pellets.
Well it are very good pellets ($249 per ton) and are sold used a lot her in the area.
They told me to set the fuel type to standard and that should prevent the stove from overheating.

Well if I do that then the pellets are still burning and dump in the ash pan.
Even with the lowest feed setting.

In 4 year I have seen 5 service techs and they all tell me something different.
Regency is no help at all and always refer to the local service techs.

Well I don't know it anymore, this this is a scary, dangers stove with lots of issues.

Sorry no one got back to you but Welcome to the forum:)

I did a quick search using the search box top right ... looks like you are not alone with problems with this stove. IIRC, Enviro made these stove for Regency. May be another source of info if you get nowhere with Regency.

Hopefully others with the stove will chime in ... good luck!
