Hey Everyone

My Enviro Evolution is about 8 years old. This year I have had to replace the convection and combustion fans. Now every time I pull it out to give it a good cleaning after I put it back and fire it up i get a bad vibration when the convection fan is on. This was a very quiet stove. I have been wrestling with this problem for 2 months. Any advice would be appreciated..

Loose housing or no insulating washers between the motor and the fan housing?

Sounds like the fan blades are out of balance .
Pull the fan and check it . Bent ,loose or improperly installed
power the fan with it out to make sure that is what it is .
A missing or bent blade will cause a vibration . so will a loose blade
or if the fan is very dirty . repair as needed

The motor is fine insulating washers are the same as the old motor. It only vibrates on higher levels. I am going to tighten the base/hearth pad and see what happens

Update. I leveled the stove and vibration stopped. Thanks for the ideas.

So it wasn't so much a vibration more like the stove likes Rock and Roll
