a buddy works for an excavator, I can take as much as I want the problem is no access till the roads get built.

I found this dead/down white oak and got permission to take the wood. it's a monster at least 60" at trunk.



this branch would have been 40ft up the tree. I'm 6'6" I habe big hands!

 
Wow you have a nice haul there. It all looks good I see some large Ash there too. I love Ash. Of course the oak too
 
60" Oak IS a monster. I hope they let you split on-site!
And that you have enough saw to handle the bucking.
Bring wedges, you don't want that thing grabbing your bar.
 
Nice score! Those thumbs can be handy if you are using them but they are a pain in the arse when you are not. I love when I score wood from work, especially when I can cut it during the day and haul it home in my company truck ;)
