25 PDVC , not feeding pellets - did the diagnostic test and....

Once again I love this site. Very informative - thank you.
I have posted a cpl times over the years.
Everything was going well with the 25PDVC, then one day, it didn't get out of start up mode and shut itself down (E2 error message). I did the diagnostic test "press the heat range up arrow next, this will start the feed auger motor" - when I do this, I get a o in the heat range and an 8 in the blower.
I had someone come out to service the stove - he gave it a thorough cleaning and the stove started (fed pellets) - but within half an hour, it had stopped feeding and shut itself down again. It cost me $140 last time he came out, so don't want to keep forking out money until I can narrow down what maybe wrong. All settings are right ('d' mode and 5-4-1-)
I took the back off the stove and the top auger motor turns a little - I don't think the bottom motor turns at all, but it does get hot,

Thanks, guys - Don222, - the cleaning of the stove took 2 hours (and when I started the stove after the cleaning, it shut itself down within half an hour)
Fixed it today (knock on wood) - the bottom auger was jammed with sawdust/pellets. I guess the guy who cleaned it only dislodged some of the blockage and not all. Going good (for now!)

I didn't stand over him, but I don't think he did that! Pretty sure he just wriggled the auger motor to free some of the jam (that's what I did too). My significant other will be home in a week, and I will get him to thoroughly clean them (love the pics, they are so helpful!)

Urgh. Top auger still keeps jamming. I managed to free it by moving the box manually (it was pretty much rigid), that worked and freed it up for about a week and it was working, - but now the auger jams constantly (I try manually moving the box to free it up, - start the stove, and it jams again withing a minute).
I can't remove the auger / motor myself (stove is in a tight corner, so it's hard to get into the back of it). Significant other is home in 2 weeks, so will get him to remove.. I'm hoping it just needs a good scraping/cleaning, but thinking it could be the motor failing (?)
I Think I'm going to go ahead and order the motor that Don suggested to have it on hand just in case.

I also suggest the greater torque Gleason Avery Auger Motors 901R for less jams.
Just google the following with Quotes
"Englander high quality 1 RPM auger motor"

Don222, I'm going to order replacement Auger. Is the 901R counter clockwise? (I'm in Canada, so don't want to order the wrong part and have to return it)
