I am a first time fireplace owner and have had mine for only less than a year. Any suggestions or help is appreciated. Thank you.

I have a Jotul Firelight 12. I bought it used and believe it is about 10 years old. I am replacing the backplate and inner plate. What are some good online places you would recommend to purchase these items? I am in Northern MI?

Calling @Ashful to the front desk. F12 looking for parts.

I believe Woodman's in NH is one of the few that have a good selection of F12 parts ( a local Jotul dealer told me Jotul gave up making many of these parts a few years ago but let Woodman's have the rights to keep them in production)

Hi Musk- The innerback plate and rear burn plate are parts still readily available from Jotul. Your nearest Jotul dealer should be able to get one for you. The innerback plate (103330) will run you about 140.00 and the rear burn plate (103327) will run you about 120.00. Some parts for the Firelight 12 are no longer available from Jotul, but most still are. A lot of Jotul stuff is available on stoveworld.com....
