Thanks for the suggestions guys. I currently have 4 tons of Turman's and 1 ton of Energex. I did look into renting a truck from Ryder however there is an issue with this - I am closing on my current home and new home on the same day. I need to move all of my stuff out before closing and cannot move into the new house until closing which means I need to store my stuff overnight. I can leave the pellets in the truck overnight but I need a truck big enough to handle 10,000 lbs. The biggest straight truck that Ryder offers can do this but it requires a CDL which I don't have.

I have a professional moving company coming to my house next week to provide a quote on the move. I'm planning on talking to them about the pellets to see if it's something they can handle.

I think "sell and re-buy" is in your future...

Hey guys, the moving company can't do anything with them. For now I'm going to sell some off and see if I can still move a few tons to the new place some other way.

Anyone interested in purchasing them from me? I'm located in West Hartford CT and will sell 1 ton of Turmans for $6 per bag ($300 for the ton) and 1 ton of Energex for $5 per page ($250 for the ton). Depending on how quickly this goes I'll consider selling more (I have 4 additional tons of Turmans).

I'd be posting that on craigslist as well. first come, first serve

Sell and use oil heat.

And I don't know about prices in your area, but those are retail prices here. You might need to give a bit on the price...
