I have had it shut down 3 separate times in 2 weeks with the E error code. Always on level 1 and always early in the morning. None of the incidents were witnessed by my wife or I. I did question the thermistor reading in the 108°F to 115°F range on heat level 1. I contacted SBI and they suggested I cover the thermistor with some fiberglass insulation which I just finished. The tech told me the temp shouldn't fall below 120°F.

I'll let it equalize and report back.
Can anyone tell me what their normal temp is on heat level 1.
