So, my Enviro Mini is giving me problems (again). The pellets will light initially, but won't stay lit (it goes out after about 15 minutes). I cleaned it thoroughly & everything SEEMS to be working properly, I just can't figure out what might be wrong. Any ideas? My driveway isn't passable right now, so I don't think I can convince a pro to come and look at it, even if I did have the $$, so any suggestions would be much appreciated! It's a new brand of pellets (Okanagan) but I have burned about 15 bags with no problems before this happened.

Sounds like a problem with the proof of fire switch,according to the manual its in the exhaust blower housing,check connections on both ends, if all is good with connections and wires you could try jumping the switch and see if that works, if so you will need a switch.

Need more information
Does the auger turn supplying pellets to the burn pot ?
Do the fans come on exhaust and convection ?
Is the fire box door and the ash pan properly latched ?
How old is the stove ?

If it's 15 minutes every time your try to start, it is the proof of fire switch. It's on the exhaust blower housing and held on with 2 screw. Take the switch out and clean it, and try agian if it still won't start the switch may have gone bad. You can by-pass it switch with some wire to see if the stove runs normal.

Welcome to the forum - sorry it is under less that great circumstances for you!

@johneh Does the auger turn supplying pellets to the burn pot ? Yes, no problems with that.
Do the fans come on exhaust and convection ? I think so, it doesn't sound different, so I am assuming they do.
Is the fire box door and the ash pan properly latched ? Yes.
How old is the stove ? A little over a year.

@skinanbones Any chance you know where to find a photo of the proof of fire switch? I'm not sure what you mean & am hopelessly non-mechanical.

@bogieb Thank you!
