Hey,
Still getting my stove in order. Just wall mounted TV and sound bar. I will need 6" flue piping, for a class A wood stove (just go with it). Is my TV too close? As you can see, it's a small area and I have a staircase to the right. Is it too close for a single wall pipe? It will be about 2ft from the side of the TV. Should I go with double or triple? Will that defeat the purpose? I was going to go with single wall to distribute a little more heat as it exits. My plan is to run it up about 4ft before punching out to an exterior wall.

Thoughts? Ideas?

This is just me, but I wouldn't have my TV that close to a wood stove. Wood stove mucho caliente!

Personally I think it should be further out from the corner. Looks to close to combustibles and the wooden window shutters.

It's actually a pellet stove that is basically 0 clearance (1" from combustible).

But that's the stove, NOT the flue.

If it's a pellet stove then why 6" piping?

Please don't tell me you have a old Earth stove

Manual states a vertical flue height greater than 12ft requires 6".

I think I'll move it over 16"..... We just mounted it too.

What stove make and model please

What brand of stove? I have over 20Ft of vertical and my stove only said to go to 4 inch.

Breckwell SPC50. I have another thread about the install. I wanted to.start a new one so people don't have to sift through pages because I just have a question about placement.
