My 9 year old had football practice. raining all afternoon and evening temps in the upper 30's during practice. I took advantage of the opportunity to run the walking path around the field. knocked out 6 miles. Got into the car afterwards (had lined the seats with towels and gave the boys towels to dry off) and had a message on my phone. Photo message picture of the stove with a bright warm fire in it. Came home to a nice 500 degree burn. She also had dinner waiting for us as well.

Sorry about the title....I just couldn't help myself.

Made me look. :p
Life sounds good on your street. Thats a 10 in my books.

that all adds up to a 9. Methinks the last point can only be achieved in the bedroom ;-P

Coming home to a warm fire and a warm meal and enjoying a quiet evening with your family after being out in the cold and rain is absolutely priceless . . . she's a keeper. :) ;)

If she chews tobacco, but only when hunting or fishing, then shes a 10. Otherwise I would say 9.9. She's a keeper.

Edit: 6 miles???? That had me breathing harder than the post title.

Can she come over and teach my wife how to get a 500 degree burn going?? :D

Id say on a scale of 1 to 10 where 1 is the worst and 10 is the best and you absolutely cannot go outside of those parameters under any circumstances at all she is definately an 11.

Are you saying

yeaa dude Exactly!

Well, it's one louder, isn't it? It's not ten. You see, most blokes, you know, will be playing at ten. You're on ten here, all the way up, all the way up, all the way up, you're on ten on your guitar. Where can you go from there? Where?

Yeah, a definate 10. Having a cold one ready for you would've scored extra credit! In all seriousness......you're a lucky man. Way to go my friend!

Tobacco Chewing is out...she is a Pink Ribbon winner.
She didn't have a cold one waiting for me, but she had opened a bottle of red wine. So I'll give her credit. As for the wood.....my first wife would have been available for some kindling. Of course you can count on one hand the number of meals she made in 8 years of marriage so I might have had to cut you some wood to take her.

I think I am gonna hang on to this one.She suits me.

IIRC, Marshall actually made an amp that went to "11".

I got a hug for putting the stove back together....
