Hey guys I was wondering if someone could help me. I recently purchased a saranc fs by hudson river. the pellets are not burning as fast as they should meaning the burn pot is filling up with pellets. any ideas

I had the same problem when I turned my stove up. I called my dealer and he said to pull the damper out to allow more air in when I turn the stove up. Adjust your damper to allow more air into the stove and your problem should be solved.

see the yellow stick help pages at the top of the pellet room

the stove does not have an adjustable damper.when I installed it I did not hook up the intake for outside fresh air.the house is brand new so I know its air tight, do you guys think its starving for air and to hook it up??

ever heard of the fire triangle?

LOL

And yeah, I had the same problem and it was an air flow issue. Outside air is good too.

First see if opening a window nearby improves the situation. If it does, you would probably benefit from direct vent.
