Hey! I'am new to the forum, but have been doing alot of research on this website.my question is I live in eastern kentucky in mountain country and i wanting to buy a wood burner for my 1900 sq foot house.I 'am interested in a cast iron stove and i can't decide between the jotul f 500 or the pacific energy alderlea T5 what do you guys thinks and which one is the best ? the price of two are about the same but i don't want to make a bad decision

The stainless steel baffle box which protects the blanket in the PE is a great feature along with the knife edge seal and the roller pin on the door which gives a super tight seal. The air wash system in the PE keeps the glass looking brand new allowing you to see the beautiful fire is a huge plus. IMO Pacific Energy is the best stove going right now.The T5 is a beast and you would not be disappointed with it.

You won't make a bad decision with either stove. Both are excellent heaters. Get the one you like the best.
