I am trying to check the control panel on a whitfield prodigy pellet stove, when i slid the switch to the fan mode it powers the fan and exhaust blower but when i slide it to activate the auger it stops powering the auger. Also if i leave it in this position without building a fire it never times out and stops the auger and fan (hall effect fan) I waited 45 minutes for it to time out.
when I slide the switch back to fan setting both the fan and exhaust booster fan are powered, its gotta be the timer delay, think?
prodigy II #5167
ssac control panel (silver face) with some kind of relay on floor of stove back

is the control panel gone, or the relay?

Thanks for all the wealth of info here

a prodigy....WOW, those things are few and far betwen these days.. LEt me see.....Most simple thing I can think of is plugged pressure switch. I look at that first, then put power direct to the auger motor to ensure that it wants to work. If you have multi meter you can check to see if voltage is being sent from the CB to the auger motor. I will consult my ancient tomes of stove knowledge to see what else I can come up with. Good luck to you sir.

sorry I misstated-exhaust blower instead of auger
and I have the pressure switch bypassed- teting only the board and relay with test lights and meter
auger works fine and when i bypass the low limit both fans are powered

13545903 Relay, Exhaust Blower Motor

hopefully its not the relay, as its no longer avail.

http://woodheatstoves.com/whitfield-prodigy-prodigy-ii-service-manual-p-4259.html
the service manual with notes is found here

they didn't make too many of these so i'm not as familiar with the prodigy as i am with other models, if the service manual doesn't help clear things up, the number to contact lennox(new owners of whitfield) is 800-655-2008

I have Whitfied Prodigy ser # WH6513 that is getting power to the board/unit but nothing is powering up, no light, no motors nothing, any idea's? could there be a fuse blown or relay that is stuck, unable to light it as no exhaust fan to pull smoke out. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated, need to troubleshoot this before considering another control board etc Thanks
