question on homeowners insurance

In our case the stove came with the house, we checked of the box on the questionnaire, never heard back - no news was good news.

whats everyone here pay per year on their home insurance? i imagine it varys throughout the country.

100 buck a year for the stove

When I called insurance, they said no increase in premium. But, the guy wanted to make sure that "the stove was not on the bare floor and I had protection under it". I almost laughed. I told him there was a hearth that met specs of manual. I asked if he wanted copy of township inspection, manual, specs. He said nope. Easier that I anticipated. They are all different.

They also had me send in a couple photos with the form I had to fill out
