I called tech support becasue my Englander PDV-25 was getting a E3 code if I set it above a 2 heat range. He gave me the instructions butI had to wait for it to shut down and now tech is close for the weekend and I can’t get it to do what he told me.
He said unplug it, plug it back in. Press the up and down arrows on blower speed at the same time and let go. An A will appear, then push the up heat range button 3 times.

I can’t get the A to appear after pressing the up and down blower button.

I have the stove off, is this right? I tried doing it on too, and still didn’t work.
Am I missing a step?

Thanks!

you must press and relase the blower speed up and down buttons within 3 seconds of plugging the unit in , if the plug is on the other side of the stove get help you simply cannot get around the stove fast enough unless you are a track star

What does this do? restore to factory defaults?
