Checked out the site, looked at the units & what info was there (very little). Have to say that these are not that well thought out IMHO, all electrical is exposed including fan(s)!!!! All plumbing connections as well.

Unit is totally exposed front & rear, therefore standby losses will be huge. Owners are going to burn a lot of wood for nothing as the heat will be lost through the exposed areas. A unit like this would need its own shed just to be safe(r) from electrical shock.

I would not consider this in my yard as its performance is likely far worse than the OWB (smoke dragon) I already own. Why not look at cheaper gassers (eko & others) if that is where your budget is. You will burn half the wood & create far less pollution.

Better yet why not ask members who have used both an OWB & a gasser which is the better choice & why?
