Took awhile, but here is my proof of my M55,

Very nice indeed.

A beautiful install. I love the hearth.

Beautiful...which color is it? Can't tell if it's glossy black or chestnut.

Thanks all, It's glossy black. Will send a pic of the inside glass after x number of hours.....Bill

Beautiful! Very well done and very classy!!

We were looking at this one but my installer told me that with my existing gas insert mantle he would have to do a major rework. So we cheaped it and went with the GFi. This does look great!

Very nice, really is a handsome unit.

Beautiful... Looks like you need to get someone to level your floor though!! ;-P

;-P

Doh!

All joking aside. Beautiful install. Enjoy!

An absolutely gorgeous install.....wish it was in my home. Thanks for the pic.....enjoy the heat!!

PS. Would love to see it all "dressed-up" with garland, etc, on the mantel above for Christmas. :cheese:

Wow, that is Beautiful!!!

Have to agree with imacman, send a pic of it dressed up for Santa!!

Enjoy the warmth!!

That is gorgeous. Nice install .

Love the granite surround.

I think us M55 guys are taking over :)

I agree...We really need a sticky for the M55 owners.

Ooh Ooo!

We might just need to do a new "what stove do you own" pole. But I think the Harmans still have the Enviro's beat by just a few!

Wow, that looks great!!!
Very, very nice install. Love the Granite as well..

Very Nice!!! Looks like you guys are really liking your M55's!!! I've been thinking of getting one rather than the AE. I really need a larger insert than my Quad 1200i.

Why do you like the M55 better than a Quad AE? Any opinions.

Stay Warm,

AR

I'd have to say the agitator vs the auto dumping burn pot is probably one of the bigger factors. The M55 doesn't have to shut down to clean the burn pot, the Mt. Vernon does.

Sounds like a Great Unit!!! What have they improved/changed on the unit since they first came out?

Thanks,

AR

They have updated it with a higher output convection blower and adjustable auger cover plate.
