    Heat Exchange Pipe Question

    Hi, I have a QuadraFire classic Bay insert and one of the heat exchange pipes came loose from whatever holds it in place at the bottom. Can anybody tell me what to unscrew in order to get in there and fix it? Or, I can call the store tomorrow. But in the meantime, is it okay to run the stove...
