Hi,

I have a QuadraFire classic Bay insert and one of the heat exchange pipes came loose from whatever holds it in place at the bottom. Can anybody tell me what to unscrew in order to get in there and fix it?

Or, I can call the store tomorrow. But in the meantime, is it okay to run the stove if one of the pipes is loose?

Thanks!

Noah

Do you mean the secondary air pipe? Can you slip it back in place?

It's one of the heat exchange pipes. There's several of them. I tried slipping it back in place but can't do it without unscrewing something behind the burn pot to get into the area where it's supposed to be supported.

Sorry I can't be more specific-- not an expert! Thanks.

Ah OK, sounds like a Quad 1200i pellet stove. Moving to the pellet forum.
