A news link to a quadruple fatality in Queens, NY today from CO poisoning, which comes after a mother and her 6 y/o daughter were found deceased in NJ on Wednesday, and a Maryland father and his seven young children perished on Monday, all in residential dwellings apparently lacking working CO detectors.

As we begin to wind down the heating season, (finally) check your smoke and CO detectors everybody, sweep your chimneys and venting, and use utmost caution with emergency generator use, which appears to be a common thread in 2 of these 3 CO poisoning incidents.

Godspeed to all the families of these victims in their unspeakable loss.
