A lot of new guys today.

Hi there, I have noticed a lot of new guys on today. I know there's room for one more. I installed a VistaFlame 100 Insert on Sunday. Just got it inspected and running for the first time. I know they are "space heaters" but it should take down my oil bill. I live in a 900sf ranch and it should do the trick. I have done a good amount of forum browsing and its been a big help. I hope you don't have to hear about any problems any time soon. Keep the great information coming.

Now, I must ask......HOW do you keep your stove stuck on the top of your fireplace upside down, and still burning with the flame coming down????? I bet NASA or someone like that would like to know your secret.

welcome fellow vf100 owner you're gonna love it and if you're living in a 900 sf ranch you're going to need not much to supplement it . this is my first year , but so far i've only burnt @ $100 worth of oil to heat my 2000 sf split level .
