I recently replaced my Waterford 100 with a gifted Heritage 2 . My two year struggle with trying heat the house is over. Finally some heat. I was wondering if I should be burning based on stove top temps or flue temps? What settings are best for longer burns? Any other advice ?

P.S. What should I sell the waterford for?
