The new EB wood boiler will be installed 70' from the existing oil boiler. The new wood boiler will be approx. 6' higher than the oil boiler. It will be connected directly without a HX. Do I need to install another mechanical package, pressure tank, air shovel, air bleeder valve etc etc on the wood boiler?

Seems as if the pressure tank question will depend on how much added volume the Econoburn and extra plumbing adds to the system-- if your existing expansion tank is just barely big enough for the system that it is tied to, then the additional water volume will need some additional space to expand.

Seems like you will definitely want a way of bleeding air out of the EB, even if manually (since it will be at a high point), and while some might not say it's essential to have an air remover, I can't see the idea of putting in a muli-kilobuck boiler and then failing to spend a relatively modest sum to make sure that the oxygen is scavenged from the system in a way that should help the lifespan of the boiler. Some of the new "microbubble" removers are also more effective than the older types which may be what you have on your existing system.
