    mmmmmmm pot roast. We just had some yesterday, lately my wife has been making it in the crock pot - extra tender cooking it for 8 hrs. I don't know her exact recipe other than she browns it first, then into the pot with the veggies and red wine, Worcestershire, fresh garlic, salt, pepper, etc.
