mmmmmmm pot roast. We just had some yesterday, lately my wife has been making it in the crock pot - extra tender cooking it for 8 hrs. I don't know her exact recipe other than she browns it first, then into the pot with the veggies and red wine, Worcestershire, fresh garlic, salt, pepper, etc.
 
Penn it looks like your the winner lol so today we make yours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
