    I was looking at coupons.com. We are very very cautious about sites we sign up on however my wife really wants to use coupons.com . What I would like to know from people who use these types of sites are they safe ? Do you have issues with them and why or why not ? Coupons.com wants me to download and install a .dmg installer for my printer I cant figure out why. Why couldn't I just print without that piece of software ? They don't explain it on there site from what I could find and it seems to me that it is most likely spyware or malware of some kind. could someone enlighten me on this topic please?

    Thanks all
    Pete

    I've been told that not many retailers will even honor those. Don't know as I have no experience with them.

    My wife uses a poo-ton of coupons. She just had the 4year old cutting some out of the printer paper a few minutes ago.

    I asked her about them for you (which prompted a rather shocked and confused gaze :oops: ) and she uses a number of sites, one being coupons.com another being crazycouponlady.com

    She also said all the major local stores for us accept internet coupons. To find out about your local retailers, just go to a store's website and read their coupon policy.

    Thanks pen that helps ! I called Meijer and they said the accept some but would not elaborate for me. It's good to know that people use and trust some of them.

    Pondering the purchase of pallets for a pittance Pete? Sounds preposterous to me!

    Actually pondering the purchase of peaches and potatoes at predictable parlously expensive prices vs printed coupons providing unpredictable savings!

    Sounds plausible Pete and a perfect plan that will parlay your pocket pittance to preposterous pounds. Perhaps you should ponder the penalties this could place on your person thus affecting your posture? Peace and prosperity are within your grasp Pete if you proceed with patience!

    My posture is pretty perfectly poised for perfect pounds excspendature good pal. This is precisely why pondering pounds per portion of produce is perfectly predictable for me. The poised and pretensious store staff pointed to perfectly positioned products and said please Pallet Pete spend your pounds on our products! I said perpostuas sir ! Do not play perpostuas games with pallet Pete or he will play coupon games with the store !

    I predict you'll populate your purchases posthaste to prevent possibly preventing being perpetrated by pushy personnel posturing to perplex your personal pleasures! Let me be perfectly clear Pallet Pete that you projected pushy purchasing power for personal gain.In the future I suggest you participate at your parish and listen to the parson or pastor project proper principals or you'll sure end up in purgatory or possibly worse.

    Purposely yours,
    Ray

    I dunno all the sites my wife uses but she's been banned from using them on my/our office computer. Various small issues like advertising pop-ups, &&$^#ing highlighted word syndrome, tracking cookies etc... I'm not risking my business records for a few $$ saved via coupons. The time spent removing the chit that comes with them (and she blindly clicks thru until she gets what she wants... :mad:) more than offsets the savings IMO. What she does on her laptop is her business but no more coupon clipping via the main comp.

    You've been warned. ==c;)

    I like Fatwallet. Not exactly a coupon site, check the hot deals forum regularly. Bought my moisture meter from Lowes that way for 8.00 or so a while back.
